The thing that makes MedicarePrepare an amazing organization really boils down to three things: Our Customers, our Agents and our Carrier relationships.

Our customers come into one of our 7 offices seeking information on Medicare and Health Insurance programs and our Agents have the knowledge and training to deliver consistent information. These days, our customers are more educated on many issues, and often just need some guidance on making certain decisions on healthcare.

That knowledge that we provide comes from expert training. The third leg is our relationships with our Carrier partners. Our Agents are well-versed in the intricacies of the various plans and can be of great value when it comes to choosing a new Health or Medicare plan.

When I formed this group in 2012, it was just me and my trusty minivan tearing up the highway meeting customers. We quickly blossomed up to hundreds of Agent in 19 states and are now considered one of the top Medicare and Health Agencies in the region. Our Team Leaders do an exceptional job at driving these relationships and are indispensable to making this a world-class organization.

Our Agents live in the communities we serve and we use the Hospitals and Doctors here, too. We think this is a much better way for our customers than dealing with some 800# Call Center employee who has little knowledge of the local area.
