Referral Fees and Program Details
As a thank-you for your referral, MedicarePrepare pays the following one-time referral fee once your referral works with one of our licensed agents:
Medicare Advantage plan enrollment (new to Medicare or switching plans): $50
Long-term care plan enrollment: $50
Life insurance plan enrollment: $25
Referral fees are paid once per household, are not tied to any specific outcome we guarantee, and are issued periodically throughout the year (typically once or twice a year). Please register as a Referral Partner at least 7 days before sending us your first referral so we can issue you a unique referral code and referral cards.
Can you be a referral partner?
Who cannot participate as a Referral Partner: Licensed insurance agents (they should apply through Become An Agent instead), healthcare providers and their staff (including pharmacies, physicians, medical specialists, clinics, hospitals, vision care providers, dentists, assisted living facilities, and chiropractors), and anyone referring themselves for their own enrollment. By registering, you confirm that you are not a healthcare provider as described above.

This program is not sponsored by or affiliated with Medicare or any government agency, and it is void where prohibited by state or federal law. Referral fee amounts, eligibility, and payment timing are subject to change and to MedicarePrepare's final review of each submission.
